Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure food safety standards are followed in handling and serving food
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Process payments using a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Two years of service experience in the hospitality industry required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
